Zenken Cuts ~$330K in Outsourcing After ChatGPT Enterprise Rollout
Zenken Corporation (headquartered in Minato-ku, Tokyo; President and CEO: Junnosuke Hayashi; hereafter “Zenken”) today announced the results of its company-wide rollout of ChatGPT Enterprise , OpenAI’s enterprise-grade generative AI offering, which has been deployed to all employees since November 2024.
According to an internal survey conducted three months after the company-wide rollout, employees reported that the use of ChatGPT Enterprise reduced workload by approximately 12,500 hours per month and roughly doubled productivity on average .
In addition, total outsourcing expenditures for the full 2024 fiscal year — including the period prior to the company-wide rollout — declined by approximately ¥50 million (~$330,000) year-over-year , marking a notable financial impact alongside the operational gains.
