Zenken Becomes First in Japan to Roll Out ChatGPT Enterprise Company-Wide
Zenken Corporation (headquartered in Shinjuku-ku, Tokyo; Representative Director: Junnosuke Hayashi; hereinafter “Zenken”) has deployed ChatGPT Enterprise , OpenAI’s generative AI offering for businesses, to every one of its employees as of November 2024. While other Japanese companies have rolled out generative AI within specific departments, Zenken is the first company in Japan to deploy ChatGPT Enterprise across its entire workforce.
With direct support from OpenAI, Zenken aims to lift AI proficiency at every level of the organization — from frontline staff to executive leadership. Across sales, production, corporate planning, human resources, and every other function, the goal is to transform business processes, improve productivity, and ultimately raise the quality of customer engagement through what the company calls “the advancement of customer touchpoints.”
